Rocky Mountain Land Library

574 Humboldt St., Denver, CO 80218

.

The Rocky Mountain Land Library exists to extend everyone’s knowledge of the land, and we firmly believe that books are among the most important stewardship tools we have. Our more than 20,000 volume natural history library spans the globe, while having a special focus on the land & communities of the American West. We have two locations:

-a 1,000 volume Urban Homestead Library located near the State Capitol Dome in downtown Denver, and
-a Kids & Educators Nature Library in Waterton Canyon (southwest of metro Denver).

We are currently working to establish a residential land-study center at the historic Buffalo Peaks Ranch in South Park, a high mountain grassland 2 hours southwest of Denver.
