Musketaquid Earth Day Celebration
Concord, Massachusetts
May 2, 2009
Our annual celebration of the Earth begins with a River Ceremony at 10 am, and is followed by the Giant Puppet Parade and the Arts and Environment Festival. Hundreds of people from near and far gather to participate in this exuberant and colorful event. Come to the parade and carry one of our menagerie of puppets representing local wildlife and plants, or just enjoy the spectacle, music, food, art projects for kids, and information at tables staffed by local environmental organizations and green businesses at the Festival.
