Bobolinks & Grasslands Walk

Sheffield, MA
June 20, 2009

“Bobolinks and Grasslands” are the focus of an upcoming Trustees of Reservations guided walk at Bartholomew’s Cobble.

Join Trustees naturalists to observe nesting bobolinks and other grasslands species, and learn how to manage your own open fields as habitat for plants, birds, and other wildlife.  The walk takes place Saturday June 20, from 10am to 11:30am. Pre-registration is requested to 413-229-8600. The walk is free for Sheffield residents and Trustees members or free with Cobble admission for everyone who is interested in learning to manage their grasslands to support natural diversity.

To join the walk on June 20 at 10am with Rene Wendell and Julie Richburg, call 413-229-8600. The walk is free to Sheffield residents, Trustees members, or free with Bartholomew’s Cobble admission for anyone who is interested in learning to make the most of their grasslands for the benefit of all.
