2010 Summer Celebration Planning Underway
The staff and volunteers at the Wolf Education & Research Center have begun their planning for the annual Summer Celebration, an event hosted at the Winchester, Idaho facility. This year’s event includes partnerships with area state parks and vendors, making it a fund destination for regional and national visitors.
Whether you’re coming to see the Sawtooth Pack: Wolves of the Nez Perce our their younger cousins, the Owyhee Pack, the Summer Celebration is a perfect way to spend a day. Programs will include Native American lore, BBQ, awards presentation to volunteers and staff, special presentations, scavenger hunts, and more.
Timing of event: late August (TBA)
